Why does Advanced Medical Academy ONLY offer in-person classes?

Every patient we encounter is important and we believe that it is not possible to train competent and compassionate individuals on a virtual platform, with a limited number of hands-on skills. Technology is growing and expanding rapidly and daily, but no matter how advanced it gets, it will never take the place of a compassionate and caring individual taking care of you. Compassion and empathy are two of the biggest characteristics I see missing in healthcare today and as an individual, I ask myself, "Would I feel comfortable with someone caring for me that learned from the comfort of their home at their own pace with no supervision?"

Well......the answer from me is, "No I would not feel comfortable."

Therefore, I don't feel comfortable teaching my students in a virtual environment.

Monique has been a healthcare professional for over 20 years. Beginning as a Medical Assistant, she later transitioned into the laboratory industry and became a Phlebotomy Supervisor throughout the United States. 

Monique also offers CPR classes through American Heart Association (AHA) and American Red Cross (ARC).

Group rates available and churches receive a significant discount.

In 2015, Monique became the proud owner of Anointed Hands Concierge Phlebotomy Services, LLC and she continues to provide concierge services in patient homes, offices, companies, etc. with a high level of professionalism and competency. In 2025, Monique changed the name of Anointed Hands Concierge Phlebotomy Services, LLC to Anointed Hands Concierge Services, LLC, which offers other services besides phlebotomy services, such as staffing in medical offices, wellness exams, etc. 

Students will have the opportunity to work closely with her while providing these services, allowing them to gain hands-on experience.

Vincentia Adjei is the Director of Operations with a medical background, beginning as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and is now a Nurse Practitioner, who recently obtained her Doctorate in May 2022. She also owns and operates her own private practice in the Alpharetta area.
